This role is open to candidates in Verdun.
Pay rate: $39.52/hr

Responsibilities
As a Mental Health and Well-Being Consultant, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Providing support, guidance and resources to HR partners and Business Units, in addressing workplace mental health as well as complex cases.
•Developing training programs and support material to educate leaders and team members in addressing mental health in the workplace.
•Collaborating with key stakeholders, such as Benefits, Workplace Practices and Communication’s teams, to operationalize, communicate and promote our programs and initiatives.
•Creating awareness and engage team members through our three annual Mental Health campaigns.
Qualifications
•University Degree in Human Resources or other relevant discipline;
•3+ years’ experience in Human Resources or other relevant function;
•Genuine interest in mental health;
•Bilingual - In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
•Strong ability to understand business priorities and people impacts;
•Excellent project management capabilities;
•Excellent oral and written communication skills;
•Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful presentations.
Nice to have:
•Experience in organizational or mental health strategies in the workplace is an asset;
