We are working with a great company in Ottawa region who is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join their incredible team! The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing trusting and lasting relationships with their clients. The Bilingual Sales Representative will support all aspects of the sales process, and make client satisfaction their #1 goal!

Responsibilities
Answer all customer inquiries by phone and in person
Deliver excellent customer experience
Support all sales related tasks; research, quotes, follow-up, order entry, invoicing, warranties
Offer incredible customer service and experience
Support and work closely with the entire team
Keep informed on new products, promotions, and attend training/info sessions
Work closely with other members of the team, and build trusting relationships
Support in other ways as needed

Qualifications
Must speak French and English Fluently
2+ years of experience selling B2B in a technical environment
Ability to foster and build strong relationships
Great knowledge of sales and development strategies
Great communicator
Focused on customer relationship building
Business and results oriented; organized, problem solver, ability to work under pressure
Customer centric
