Role Summary: We are looking IFS Functional consultant who will be deputed in Japan and wouldbe helping customer in Solutioning.- 1st Option – Bilingual Resources with English and Japanese Language proficiency. Min JLPT – N2/N3.- 2nd Option – Non Bilingual Resources with English proficiency.- Relevant experience in IFS ERP as Functional/Technical Consultant- Preferably have experience with supply chain and manufacturing or supply chain and service and maintenance, supply chain skills are a must-have.- Role will be responsible for performing analysis, changes, and daily functional support of the IFS ERP system in a variety of events.- Leverage your strong organizational and communication skills to recommend system changes and optimization by interfacing with both the business and IT- Knowledge of different business domains- Working experience on IFS Technical areas (development and configurations)- Working experience on Cross functional modules (Ex: Finance, HR, Manufacturing,Maintenance, Sales and Projects)- In-depth knowledge of IFS Cloud (preferred) or IFS Apps 9/10, with expertise in Project Management and Service & Maintenance modules.- Map business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the IFS ecosystem.- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability.- Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines.

· Qualification – B.Tech/MCA

o A minimum of 7- 9 years’ experience in the IT industry.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills (Japanese and English).
o Experience in managing or working with cross-country teams.
o Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions
quickly.
o Excellent technical skills (experience in full stack, Large scale development projects)
o Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
o Relevant certifications in IFS or related fields would be a plus.
