Type: Temporary to Permanent (3 month contact)
Pay: $23/ hour
Hours of Operation: Mon - Friday 8:30 - 4:30
Location: Mississauga (Matheson Blvd E & Explorer Dr)
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Equipment provided
Potential to go permanent after 6 months

Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound calls from customers and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all updates and information and inputted into SAP accurately
- Monitor tickets to ensure all customers are left satisfied
- Review customer accounts to ensure you are providing the best service possible
- Deal with all calls on a First Contact Resolution, if needed, passing along to the triage team
- Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Customer Service and/or call center experience is a must
- Bilingualism in English and French
- SAP experience is an asset
- Strong typing
- Excel skills
- Team player, motivated, outgoing personality
