Responsibilities
- Enter incoming orders in the company's order entry system
- Filing of customer invoices
- Process credits for return goods and/or price adjustments
- Providing day-to-day clerical and administrative support to other staff as directed
Qualifications
The duties for the Bilingual French Administrator will include:
- Must be fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Must have accurate data entry skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work effectively with Sage accounting software
- Strong communication and collection skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- EDI an asset
