Schedule: Monday to Friday 4 am – 12:30 pm

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Be the "command center" for trailer tracking, meticulously monitoring arrivals, departures, and on-site movements.
- Become an expert in our systems, updating trailer status, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring accurate records.
- Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and loading teams to optimize trailer utilization and meet our customers' needs.
- Contribute directly to the success of a major player in the Canadian transportation industry.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Bilingualism (French & English) - excellent communication skills are a must!
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administration
- Tech-savviness - proficiency with MS Office and web-based programs; eagerness to learn new systems (experience with Truck Mate is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in transportation or operations is an asset
