- Mon - Fri 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Mon - Fri 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers to various locations based on transportation requirements.
- Ensure the efficient scheduling and coordination of shipments.
- Communicate with drivers to provide updates, changes, and route adjustments.
- Monitor the progress of deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or delays as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of driver activities and delivery statuses.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery schedules.
Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers and customers.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving to prevent delays.
Qualifications
- English and French (verbal & written) required
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in business, business administration, or accounting is preferred.
- Previous experience in dispatch or transportation is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
