Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a Financial company in the Downtown, Toronto area. This is a remote, temporary, full-time position, with the potential to become permanent. Read below to find out more:
Location: Hybrid, right by Union station (2 days in office)
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
Pay: 24-27.00/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound/outbound calls in English and French regarding issues/concerns related to customers' pre-paid visa cards
- Resolving customers' concerns by listening to the problem and offering the best solution
- Assisting customers in making changes and following the appropriate policies and procedures in place
- Responding to all customer emails promptly
- Providing exceptional and professional service in every interaction
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English is MANDATORY
- Call center experience is an asset
- Customer Service experience
- Tech-savvy
- Professional and a team player
