Responsibilities
In this role you:
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and French via phone, email etc..
- Address and resolve customers' inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
-Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Perform other customer service-related tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.
Qualifications
You must have:
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
