Randstad is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual Order Management Specialist to join our client's team in Mississauga This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for permanent placement, offering a flexible remote work environment and a chance to make a real impact in a growing organization.
Position Overview:
Location: Mississauga
Temporary ongoing opportunity
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm OR 10:30am - 7pm
Salary: $22-24/hr based on experience

Responsibilities
- Enter orders into the SAP with accuracy and speed
- Support calls from the sales team, regarding orders and patient cases
- Manage incoming customer calls and troubleshoot issues
- Process and expedite patient orders and confirm correct customer billing
- Follow order shipments
- Customer creation & management of data integrity within SAP and between systems
- Process product requests
- Handle complaints and escalations
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Handle all customer's calls with empathy and care
Qualifications
- Bilingual FRENCH is mandatory (in written and verbal)
- min. 2 years experience in the customer service field or in medical device
- SAP experience is strongly preferred
- must be able to manage time and projects effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency
