Salary Range:
$55,300 annually for English only
$57,300 annually for bilingual (English and French)

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
Answer inbound calls in English (and French, if bilingual)—35–50 calls/day
Assist clients with auto and property insurance needs
Provide outstanding service and solutions tailored to customer needs
Guide customers through the claims process
Offer suitable insurance product recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers
Maintain accurate records and case notes
Strengthen client relationships and enhance brand loyalty
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be communicating with clients across Canada, from coast to coast.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven customer service or call center experience, whether in sales and service roles or in customer care positions across industries such as retail, hospitality, finance, contact centers, or healthcare.
Confident, clear communicator who can build rapport with customers
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable using multiple systems with strong computer and typing skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
Professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Able to successfully complete a criminal and credit background check
Bonus if you have:
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
