key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently, making a significant impact on our customer service.
- Gain proficiency in a variety of offerings, including Telephone Services, hotspots, wireless devices, DIRECTV, Internet solutions, and business systems.
- Specialize in enhancing customer plans through upgrades, package modifications, and the introduction of new servicesexperience
- At least 1 year of sales experience. - Experience using personal computers and Microsoft Office pskills
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Experience using personal computers and Microsoft Office products to research information and support customers while talking to them on the phone
- Availability to train and work 40 hours across 5 days of the week within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday to Saturday, accommodating Daylight Saving Time and holidays.qualifications
- Advanced English fluency to effectively communicate with U.S. customers.education
