Analyze transactional data to foster significant changes within the organization.
Collaborate with various teams to improve data management and operational platforms.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for analytics and insights generation.
Work with the IT department to ensure effective data management practices.
Demonstrate proficiency in ETL processes and data virtualization techniques.
Facilitate the migration of data from legacy systems to modern platforms such as SQL Managed Instance.
Utilize Microsoft database systems for data analysis and management.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while working with adaptive platforms.
Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an advanced degree in business analytics or data is preferred.
Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Query, DAX, ETL processes, and data virtualization.
Experience in creating dashboards for analytical purposes and insights.
Familiarity with Microsoft database systems.
Ability to transfer data between legacy systems and modern platforms.
Sensitivity to data integrity and privacy issues.
Quick learner with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Familiarity with IT processes and tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager is a plus.
