Randstad are currently seeking experienced Road crew members, who have previous experience working on Roads contracts. This will be ideal for anyone living around Benalla suburbs.
This role has good amount of overtime, and being able to have tickets with Roller, First Aid, Traffic Control and HR will hold you in good stead.
What the successful candidates will have:
... - Laying Bitumen / Asphalt hot and cold mix
- HR and MR licence highly regarded
- Road Inspecting
- Able to get off the machine and assist with manual Rake hand tasks
- Ability to keep yourself working and motivated
- Good communication skills
- White Card or construction card
- First Aid
- Traffic Control
- Roller Ticket
Main Job tasks:
Main job is to assist with spray and seal team going on call outs for small patch up jobs and line marking. Attention to detail a must and able to reliable and good team player. Previous experience in Road crews, Working away from home at times would be required.
Requirements to pass a Drug and Alcohol test and Police check
Ideal candidate:
Suit Individuals who are self motivated, and who have experience working with laying Asphalt or similar. And who are able to work to set time frames a must..
