Job description:
1. Strategy Definition
a) Serves in a key leadership role on the leadership team responsible for business acquisition and execution in the region that relates to the success of the overall enterprise.
2. Knowledge Development
a) Account for the development of insights on technological developments, customers, and markets on a regional level

b) Understand, develop, and guide project teams with applications of best-known methods/processes. Leverage tools developed in other regions/previous projects where applicable.
c) Support regional bid and project teams in the development of different contracting models with a risk understanding of EPCM, EPC, and various hybrids.
d) Assist and develop project management tools in conjunction with client and company requirements.
e) Develop regional project estimating standards and database aligned with the global standards.
3. Business Development
a) Account for regional business development activities/ regional account management
b) Secure order intake (OI) and increase gross profit (GP) in collaboration with sub-regions (countries in the region)
c) Coordinates with regional management leader counterparts throughout the region to pursue, develop, and execute projects in alignment with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
d) Coordinates with RBU DTC Business Acquisition organization to carry out the day-to-day function related to building new business, advancing relationships, and meeting our business plan.
e) Lead bid development teams consistent with guidelines on bid ownership and accountability. Ensure all ‘touch points’ are progressed accordingly.
Other requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
2. Master’s degree preferred.
3. 15+ years of experience.
4. Prior experience in similar role.
5. History of developing and sharing best practices.
