- Strategic Planning and Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance market share, and achieve long-term business objectives.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the consumer goods industry. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and product portfolio expansions. Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing customer base.
- Presentation and Communication: Create and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, stakeholders, and potential partners. Effectively communicate strategic plans, market insights, and business development initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and other departments to align business development strategies with overall corporate goals.
- Trading and International Business: Leverage your knowledge of trading, import, and export operations to identify opportunities for international expansion and optimize supply chain efficiencies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key industry players, suppliers, and distributors. Foster strong relationships to drive mutual growth and innovation.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, sales, marketing or related roles within the consumer goods industry.
- Communication Abilities: Proven communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convince internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations using PowerPoint and other visual aids. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies.
- Market Analysis Skills: Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive market research and analysis within the consumer goods industry. Ability to identify emerging trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitive dynamics.
- Trading and International Business Knowledge: Familiarity with trading, import, and export operations is highly desirable. Experience in managing international business relationships and optimizing supply chain processes is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and proactively identify new opportunities for business growth. High sensitivity to market changes and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Language Skills: English and Mandarin at working proficiency level.
