Make specialty coffee, specifically espresso, single origin espressos, hand pour, cold brew and coffee signature drinks
Provide friendly, warm and quality service
Maintains neatness and cleanliness of cafe
Build relationships with travellers
5-day work week, on shift (0500-1500 / 1500-0100)

skills & experiences required.

1+ year of relevant experience at a luxury hotel / private clubs / lounges
Fluent in English, with additional languages would be a plus
HK Permanent ID card holder
