Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Provide support to clients, addressing inquiries, orders, and account management tasks.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales, preferably in a B2B.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and French.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software, email systems, and other customer support tools.
