About the role
- IT Strategy & Portfolio Management: Define and manage the regional IT transformation portfolio, aligning with business priorities and tracking progress, value realization, and deliverables.
- Program Planning: Initiate and structure major IT transformation projects, including pre-study phases, stakeholder alignment, and resource planning.
- IT Delivery & Operating Models: Design and implement future-ready IT delivery and governance models, incorporating regional and branch-level needs.
- Governance & Reporting: Monitor transformation progress through KPIs, ensure effective reporting for senior leadership, and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison across regional leadership, IT teams, and business units to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Skills and experience required
- Experience leading IT strategy or transformation planning within large organizations, ideally in financial services or similar industries.
- Strong expertise in portfolio management, governance, and designing IT operating models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on strategic alignment.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for AVP role
- Consulting experience preferred
