Create and design new roles to help expand and diversify the company's new ventures. Candidates should have great convincing skills and experience in building Leadership & Senior
Level Team. Should be very well versed in the Head hunting, negotiation part. Should have experience in developing and EXECUTING Systems and processes as per Industry Standard and Company's Core Value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition with Purpose
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to fill both creative and non-creative positions across all levels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the agency’s needs.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners and job boards.
- Develop and monitor recruitment metrics to measure the success of the hiring process.
- Reducing TA Cost and implementing Long Term Employer Branding plans and strategies.
- Design an Inspiring Organizational Structure
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement a clear
organizational hierarchy, ensuring roles and reporting lines align with business objectives.
- Help in creating Organizational Hierarchy and Team Structure for New Ventures within the organization.
- Design and communicate the agency's structure to ensure clarity of reporting, job responsibilities, and career progression.
- Work with department heads to ensure roles and responsibilities are well-defined and aligned with the agency's strategic goals.
- Develop plans for career development, internal promotions, and succession planning within the organization.
- HR Strategy & Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational
development.
- Assist in driving the overall HR strategy to support the agency’s vision and business goals.
- Create and oversee the implementation of HR programs and policies that foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead key HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives,
including workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive organizational change and culture transformation when necessary.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Work with senior management to develop and implement employee
engagement programs that boost morale, job satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns to improve the work environment.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent in the marketing industry.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and present HR reports on key performance metrics such as employee turnover, retention rates, and hiring trends.
- Keep senior management informed of key HR issues and trends that could impact the agency’s talent pool and performance.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for diverse and dynamic teams.
- Experience in organizational design, creating and optimizing company hierarchies, and managing change processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive change within the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working within a marketing or advertising agency.
