One of our large Accountancy based clients are currently hiring for an Audit Senior based in Dublin. This is a hybrid position in which you will lead the delivery of cross sector audit assignments and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality financial statements and audit reports, incorporating practical recommendations to address identified risks and control weaknesses, supported by clear, evidence-based rationale.
- Maintain effective communication with Partners, ensuring they are consistently informed about significant issues and progress on ongoing assignments.
- Execute audit engagements to an exceptional standard, aligning with FRS 102 and Irish GAAP, addressing critical risks, and meeting established deadlines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Assist managers in supervising, training, and mentoring junior team members during audit assignments, actively engaging in performance management initiatives as needed.
- Possess over three years of hands-on experience in a professional practice environment utilizing Irish GAAP and FRS102.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years practice experience
- Understanding of Irish GAAP, FRS102, CA2014 and risk
