A wonderful opportunity is available for a compassionate and driven individual to become a professional School Attendance Officer in a fast-paced environment by joining our dedicated team.
This full-time role is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The main targets of successful candidate will be:
... - Maintain accurate computer records of attendance in SMS Database
- Follow up of absentees & monitor absentee information in the school SMS database
- Identify all students reported absent during period one and two
- Record all reported absences from parent's phone calls and notes
- Follow up any students reported absence without explanation with a text to parents/caregivers prior to midday
- Records all explained absences, trips and roll information from relief classes on SMS database
- Continue to monitor reported absentees throughout the day

Here are the requirements we need from you:
- Experience of working as an attendance officer in a school is preferable
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced DBS is required on the update service or Randstad will help you get a new one
- 2 previous proven references
- Ability to use basic computer skills, such as email and data entry
- Effective communication and attention to detail skills
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with private matters
