INTERNAL PROCESSES PERSPECTIVE Recruitment: Assist in evaluation, offer employment, document verification, and onboarding processes.Supervision: Allocate work, motivate, train, and handle subordinates to ensure productivity and growth.Inspection: Visit outlets, observe work practices, check hygiene, and handle admin requirements.
