Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree with medical, pharmacy is a plus, but not necessary
● Minimum 5 years’ hands on marketing experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
● Knowledge of the kidney disease and dialysis is a plus
● Proven successful project management leadership skills
● Fluent in Japanese as well as a good working level English communication
● Ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence data
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment and adapt to change fast
● Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills
● Ability to prioritize work based on critical business needs
● An excellent sense of Accountability / Growth Mindset / Agility / Efficiency / Time Management
● Professional level PowerPoint, XLS, and presentation skills
