Requirements
・Embody traits such as respect, entrepreneurship, resilience, growth mindset and learning agility
・Over 3 years of experience in consumer insights or brand management, preferably in food retail or restaurant industry, or food FMCG, including some prior experience running satisfaction surveys or in- person consumer interviews
・Fluent-level spoken Japanese including Keigo and business manners, to personally engage with consumers in stores or in research, and business English fluency.
・Experience or strong interest in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, ideally with solid skills handling statistics. SQL and Python a huge plus.
・Stellar communication skills, with a customer service and hospitality mindset.
