about the job
- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
- Responsible for Calibration and Repair of electronic boxes
- Setting up of tape & reel cum inspection machines.
- Prepare, setup and qualify machines
- Machine assembly
- Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problem
- Machine alignment, teaching and test run
skills & experience required
- Diploma in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering
- Relevant internship / working experience in cleanroom / front end equipment manufacturing / entire machine assembly environment will be a plus
- Understand engineering drawing and schematic diagram.
- Comfortable to be hands on and also with daily documentation & administrative
- Understand machinery automation with electrical, servo, sensor, pneumatic system
- Know how in Mechanical alignment, motor tuning and vision system will be advantage
- Able to read measurement tools, perform I/O check and trouble shooting
- Training given to candidate with no experience
- Willing to work around Lavender / Marsiling area
- No 12 hour shiftwork.Mon to Friday 9am-6pm (OT will be paid thereafter)
