About the position-Assistant Controller/Sr. Accountant's role and responsibility is mainly reporting, compliance, and working capital management-Reporting (Monthly closing, JOB management and AR/WIP management, and Other irregular matters issues with financial impact)-Compliance (Audit - Internal / External / Clients, Process improvement mainly to meet the audit and SPP requirement)-Working capital (Client payment term management, Vendor payment term management with Procurement Management Department)Key Qualifications-5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience with exposure to general accounting and revenue recognition-Audit experience as auditor (internal / external) is a plus-Prior experience with internal control requirements, including a strong understanding of an effective and efficient internal control environment and auditing experience, is a big plus-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent is strongly preferred-Good command of business level English (read and write) is required and native level Japanese (oral and written) is required-Experience with SAP is a plus-Experience in implementation of ERP system a plus-Experience in MNC, connecting local stakeholders and global/regional stakeholders-US CPA (strongly preferred) or Japan CPA (preferred)
