Do you have a background in logistics or production? Are you skilled at leading and inspiring teams while keeping an eye on the big picture? If so, you could be the Assistant Supervisor we're searching for.

Also, you possess the following qualities:

You have experience overseeing a small team;
You are familiar with ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus;
You are proficient in MS Office and Excel.

What will you do

As an Assistant Supervisor, you'll manage a team of around 25 people. You'll ensure that tasks are well-distributed and completed efficiently. While doing this, you are the main point of contact for your team. A significant part of your role will be to keep the team motivated. Furthermore, you will check the team's performance and have evaluations.
Most important part is that you bring the right energy to support your team! 💪

As an Assistant Supervisor, you'll be part of a logistics company that values your personal growth. The opportunities for advancement here are boundless! You receive 25 paid vacation days, with the option to increase this to 28 days.
