As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and providing emergency response services for Assisted Technology users. This service involves the installation of emergency alarm systems and other assistive devices in the homes of elderly and vulnerable clients. In the event of an emergency, these systems are activated to ensure immediate support is provided.

Responsibilities include:
- Installing a range of assisted technology devices, such as emergency alarms, fall detectors, and communication equipment, in client homes.
- Conducting regular maintenance checks and servicing to ensure all equipment is fully operational.
- Responding swiftly and effectively to emergency calls, providing support and coordination as required.
- Ensuring clients and their families are informed and comfortable with the technology and the service.
- Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance schedules, and emergency responses.
