Our client is a leading bank with a long standing history and extensive market presence. To cope with business needs, they are now looking for a Facility Manager to join and grow with them.
About the role
As a Facility Manager, you will be supporting the daily facilities management for the banks’ portfolios including repairs & maintenance, service quality evaluation, managing vendor performance, contract administration, coordination with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the properties.
What you’ll need
- Degree or above in Facility Management, Property Management, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in facility management for financial institutions
- Independent, able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
- Business proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
