Key responsibilities:
- Conduct underwriting assessments on both medical and non-medical insurance cases, ensuring the evaluations remain within the company's acceptable risk parameters and approval thresholds.
- Provide support to review the company's guidelines and processes, with the aim of ensuring continuous market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the processes for New Business and Underwriting meet the agreed-upon service level agreements, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement during collaboration with the business partners
- Provide support to the manager in conducting regular business reviews, and assist in preparing related business reports.
Key Requirements:
- Degree / diploma holder
- At least 3 years of working experience in Life Underwriting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
