The Assistant to General Manager will play a pivotal role in daily schedule arrangement of the general manager of the Moroccan company, especially in translation,admin,goverment relationship,project management etc.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily schedule arrangement of the general manager of the Moroccan company; meeting organization; document processing, etc. Itinerary arrangements during holidays and business trips;
2. According to the company's strategy and annual business goals, cooperate with the general manager to dismantle the company's strategy, assist in formulating department business plans and track their implementation;
3. Business data analysis: Assist the general manager to achieve the company's business goals and provide decision-making support to the general manager;
4. Business coordination: According to the company system docking, coordinate the relationship between the Moroccan company and the local government and various systems, and complete relevant business docking work;
5. Other tasks arranged by the general manager, including translation, business, administration, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Applicants with manufacturing-related work experience will be given priority, and those who have participated in the factory 0-1 construction process will be given priority;
3. Have local work experience in Morocco, and French & Chinese can be used as a working language.
