The Assistant Team Manager in Adult Care is responsible for overseeing the provision of high-quality, legally compliant services to vulnerable adults. This role involves managing complex cases, ensuring adherence to the Care Act 2014 (s42), Mental Capacity Act 2005, and supervising the development of person-centered care plans.
Responsibilities include:

- Report writing
- Providing high quality casework
- Comply with the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation.
- Work on cases with increased complexity
- Determine an appropriate level of intervention and service provision
Requirents:
- Social Work England registration
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
