As an Assistant Supply Chain Manager, you will
-Oversee the order & forecast management and identify potential risks
-Collaborate closely with counterparts in overseas to make the production plan feasible to secure delivery
-Manage and optimize business unit inventory profile and make recommended adjustments to forecast and target
-Manage 3PL performance of local and overseas deliveries, shipment and 3PL to improve cost effectiveness
-Ensure timely delivery and inventory at optimal level are met
-Drive continuous improvements to maintain high quality of service to align with the global operation standards
-Determine the most cost-effective procedures and routes for shipments
-Implemented strategic shipping policies to achieve long and short-term sales targets
-Prepare periodic reports and analysis, including month end reports on inventory, shipments and logistics cost, etc
skills & experiences required.
-Associate degree/Degree from logistics/supply chain or any relevant discipline
-Minimum 8 year of working experience in logistics/shipping/supply chain, perferably with experience managing China market
-Effective communication and written skills
-Systematic and process driven
-A hands-on and result-oriented person
-Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
-Flexible, logical thinking, hands-on
-Fluent in both Mandarin & English
-Hands on excel
-ERP/SAP user
