About work:

• Menu Planning & Promotion:

Work closely with the Restaurant Manager & Executive Chef on menu development and food/beverage promotions.

• Improve Operations & Service Standards:

Create new ideas & recommend changes to enhance the overall operations & service quality of the restaurant.

• Budget Control:

Participate in budget planning and management to ensure cost controls.

• Staff Rostering:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff scheduling and assignments.

• Staff Training:

Help provide training and development opportunities for the restaurant staff.

• Provide Personalized Service:

Make food and wine recommendations, and promptly respond to member requests, comments, and suggestions.

Required skills and experience:

• Holder of Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage industry
