About work:
- Menu Planning & Promotion:
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager & Executive Chef on menu development and food/beverage promotions.
- Improve Operations & Service Standards:
Create new ideas & recommend changes to enhance the overall operations & service quality of the restaurant.
Participate in budget planning and management to ensure cost controls.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff scheduling and assignments.
Help provide training and development opportunities for the restaurant staff.
- Provide Personalized Service:
Make food and wine recommendations, and promptly respond to member requests, comments, and suggestions.
Required skills and experience:
- Holder of Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage industry

所需技能及經驗:
- 持有餐飲/酒店管理學位/高級文憑/文憑
- 最少5年餐飲業經驗
