Our client is a reputable fine dining group with strong presence in Hong Kong. The group holds few of the most luxurious fine dining restaurant in the city - both Western and Chinese cuisine. To cope with their business needs, they are currently looking for Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Manager to lead the team.

8 RO/week, off on Sundays
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting sales and controlling costs.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and presentation.
Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize profitability.
Organize promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new customers.

skills & experiences required.

Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin and Cantonese; proficient is English
Experienced in fine dining is required
Strong leadership with great interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving and decision making capabilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to handle stressful situations
