We are currently looking for an (Assistant) Regional Sales Manager for one of the lead MNC players in the FMCG personal care space. This position is based in Penang and covers the Upper North (Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Langkawi).

- Lead & Develop High-Performing Sales Teams: Direct and guide a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to maximize performance and achieve regional sales objectives.
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Collaborate on crafting sales, marketing, and distribution strategies, then translate those plans into actionable regional programs.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Masterfully analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maximize profitability and ROI.
- Market Expert & Relationship Builder: Stay ahead of market trends, cultivate strong relationships with key customers, and negotiate impactful agreements to drive growth.
the experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (3 years for Assistant Manager) in the FMCG industry.
- General Trade, Modern Trade, and Distributor Management experience is desirable.
- Experience managing salespeople from principals and distributors.
- Independent and results-driven, with a drive to achieve set targets.
