Our client company is a reputable institution with strong presences in Hong Kong and across the APAC region. With continuous property development in the region, they are now looking for high calibre Architecture background project leader to join their project department as Assistant Project Director (Architecture) for their on-going development projects.

About the Role

Directly reporting to Department Head you will be managing full project development cycle from early stage, master planning, design and construction to completion. You will be liaising with other project team members and managing external consultancies and contractors to ensure project(s) is/are delivered on time, cost, and quality standard. You will be closely working and liaising with government authorities to address any issues arising from projects internally and externally.

About the Requirement

• Around 10-15 years in Architecture project management field, preferably with experiences working in institutions/ landlord/ consultancy environment
• Prior experiences (full cycle) project management experiences, preferably with institutional and school project experiences
• MHKIA Holder or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proven track record managing HK development projects, preferably commercial/ hospitality/ institutional
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Master Degree holder in Architectural Studies (or equivalent)
