about the role:
- Marketing Strategy Collaboration with various internal stakeholders to formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
- Oversee and execute marketing and promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including catalogs, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Oversee public relations activities, such as press releases, managing media relations, and coordinating influencer collaborations.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-store point-of-sale materials (POSMs) and displays, including campaign decorations, new store launches, and refurbishments.
- Coordinate with various departments, vendors, and agencies to manage in-store events, offsite activities, and other marketing-related events.
- Assist in the creation and management of the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and public relations to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
skills and experience required:
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Hands on expereience in Press Releases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury watches and an in-depth understanding of the industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to client experience.
