- Assist in Board and Shareholder matters, including facilitating meetings, drafting meeting minutes and resolutions, and preparing board papers (if any).
- Timely prepare and review annual statutory documents for submission to authorities.
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties, both internal and external.
- Support in implementing best corporate governance practices.
- Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives related to governance, compliance, risk management, digitalization, technology transformation, corporate integrity, and ethics
- Support the Company Secretary in all governance tasks such as trainings, evaluations, ESG initiatives and reporting, corporate disclosures, and maintaining the governance structure and framework.
about the requirements
- Possess ICSA/MAICSA/SSM qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate secretarial experience
- Strong in writing minutes, facilitating meetings
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, and with high integrity.
- Familiar with the Companies Act 2016, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, and other relevant laws, statutory requirements, and guidelines.
