My client is a leading life insurer with a global presence. They're growing their Chinese clientele (Mainland Chinese Visitors/Individuals "MCV"). Therefore, they're looking to have someone as a Manager, MCV Agency Recruitment Strategy & Projects, who's knowledgeable in attracting talent from the mainland to join their agency force.

About the Role

You will assist the team lead to capture data and turn them into insight for strategic development and project management. For instance, recommending the best practice for execution, managing events from end-to-end, exploring potential partners in the ecosystem to collaborate with for MCV agency growth.

About the Job

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives
Provide in-depth market insights to leadership, enabling them to enhance managers' recruitment competencies and understanding
Lead the design and execution of recruitment contests and onboarding programs aimed at optimizing recruitment outcomes
Create and maintain various analytical reports to monitor and assess the recruitment performance across agency networks
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement and promote recruitment campaigns effectively
Drive and support the execution of agency recruitment initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals
Contribute to additional departmental projects and event management as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Demonstrated expertise in MCI agency recruitment processes
Proficiency in Putonghua (must), Cantonese, and English
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
