The Assistant Manager BMO Market Delivery plays a key role in the daily operational execution of the Content Market Delivery process, horizontally and for all global campaigns. This role supports the (Sr) Managers Global Market Delivery to ensure that global content lands efficiently and effectively in the markets with positive impact in terms of brand image and/or sales revenue. The continuous development of the Centralised Adaptation model is the key process supported by the Assistant Manager BMO Market Delivery.
Through day to day operational support and by bringing analytical rigor to the team (world of CAM), the Assistant manager BMO Market Delivery builds solid connections across teams, categories and regions.
Key responsibilities:
Operational Support on Centralised Adaptation Model (CAM):
... - Support the Senior Manager Global Market Delivery – CAM on requested and delivered adaptations worldwide.
- Support the continuous development, monitoring and improvement of operational initiatives, based on analytical rigor and daily communication with markets and lead adaptation agency.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing operational data - both quantitative data and qualitative through interviews and daily pulse-checks - to identify trends and explore further process improvement potential.
- Active participation cross-functionally to discuss operational challenges and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
User and stakeholder management:
- Responsible for user management, i.e. keep Market Delivery Distribution List updated, (external) user access management of systems and (external) email accounts, provide user trainings.
- Onboard new starters within adidas’ market teams on CAM scope.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to collect data and insights related to the team’s operational processes and workflows, e.g. market surveys, interviews, feedback rounds, workshops etc.
- Support with creation, analysis and distribution of process performance reports such as campaign reports, market insights, newsletters etc.
Data Management, Reporting and Documentation:
- Support with collecting and consolidating data from various sources to ensure rock-solid rigor for decision-making and guarantee data consistency, accuracy and reliability of business analytics.
- Support to prepare, interpret and review reports and presentations that summarize findings and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and maintaining data dashboards and reports to visualize findings and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure applied practical and useful ‘no-nonsense’ consistency and compliance across operations.
- Support in maintaining Market Delivery team sharepoint landing pages.
