the role
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and drive sales through strong distributor relationships and impactful campaigns.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing consumer behavior, competitor actions, and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Manage trade budgets, negotiate terms, and ensure efficient A&P spending to optimize profitability and brand success.
- Collaborate closely with distributors to monitor brand performance, implement sales campaigns effectively, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of key account management experience in FMCG (skincare/personal care preferred).
- Experience managing pharmacy channels (Watsons preferred).
- Strong technical and communication skills.
