It is a new headcount and direct report to the Head of Key Account.
about the job.
- Plan and execute Key Account plan to meet the Company’s growth and target objectives
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management’s review
- Lead and drive promotional programs to achieve business targets and maximise business growth for the assigned key accounts
- Collaborate with both internal and external on promotional activities execution
- Plan, manage and control trade spending and promotion funds
- Build and maintain rapport communication and good relationships with customers
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder, preferably in Business / Marketing discipline or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years working experience, good track records in key account management in FMCG industries
- Good communication skill and negotiation skills, with ability to influence stakeholder and problem solving
- Innovative thinking, Proactive, Team Player with sound sales management capability
- Strong analytic with good presentation skill and well-organised
- Well versed in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Key Account Manager
