As an Assistant HR Officer, you will

-Support the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
-Onboard new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company through orientation and necessary training
-Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring both accuracy and confidentiality
-Assist with the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and time-off requests
-Assit in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations
-Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs
-Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
-Assist with employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
-Contribute to the creation of a positive workplace culture that reflects the firm’s values
skills & experiences required.
-Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
-1-2 years of experience in an HR role
-Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
