Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will play a key role in ensuring that the HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives and are implemented effectively across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, HR structures and policies
- Provide operational HR support and guidance as required by the business, including application for work passes if necessary
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the organisation effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in developing and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention, and handle employee relations issues
- Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, and annual performance reviews.
- Identify training needs, collaborating with managers to create and implement relevant training programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations
- Work with external vendor on payroll administration for all employees in Singapore
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist position, prior experience in similar industries will be an added advantage
- Adaptable, self-motivated and independent
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals at all organisational levels
- Thorough knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations and HR policies
- IHRP-CP, or other relevant local HR certification will be preferred
