Leading a team for Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, IT and Finance departments.
Key responsibilities:
- To drive the performance of 1 x outlet
- Develop strategies to drive store sales, improve customer service, increasing brand awareness
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Budget and resource allocation plan

- Minimum 8 years of retail operations management experience in the retail industry (hypermarket, supermarket, speciality store)
