Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support the comprehensive accounting process, including the reconciliation of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL), while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding account items.
2. Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts and the submission of financial data.
3. Generate monthly reports on debtors and creditors' aging, and maintain accurate records for all invoices.
4. Assist with all matters related to regulatory compliance, legal requirements, and taxation, including tax calculations, return submissions, payments/refunds, and tax planning, such as GST/SST and other tax-related concerns for the company.
5. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and relevant authorities.
6. Handle and execute any additional tasks or projects that may arise from time to time.
7. Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements related to tax issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant accounting field.
- Chartered Accountant qualification (MIA Institution) is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the IT equipment sector.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
