Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Monitor inventory accounting processes and cost of sales, analyzing variances and ensuring accuracy.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to facilitate accurate transaction recording.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in preparing for and participating in audits, maintaining strong internal controls.
Qualifications
Bachelors or CPA
Min 3- 5 years experience in accounting
min 1-2 years supervisory role
Bilingual ( reporting in English required )
strong in Excel
having worked with an ERP before
