We are looking for a Assistant -Bridges Construction for a major road infrastructure project in Romania, to join in our Webuild team, in Timisoara.

• Assist in coordinating and overseeing bridge construction activities on highway sites.

• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Monitor and inspect bridge construction operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Coordinate the delivery and placement of bridge materials according to project requirements.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of bridge-related tasks.

• Assist in managing and documenting project-related paperwork, including permits, inspections, and quality control records.

• Work closely with equipment operators and labor crews to optimize bridge construction processes.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during bridge construction activities.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of bridge materials.

• Assist in the implementation of environmental and sustainability practices in bridge construction processes.

• Support the training and development of construction personnel involved in bridge-related tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of material quantities, equipment usage, and labor hours for reporting purposes.

• Engineering diploma, certification in construction management is a plus.

• Proven experience in bridge construction or a related field.

• Knowledge of bridge materials, construction techniques, and equipment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Proficient in the use of construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
